Shipping Policy
- We offer Free Shipping on US domestic orders with a $40 minimum purchase (Except: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
- Once an order has been placed, shipping information cannot be changed. We are also unable to modify the order or cancel product(s) in the order.
- Within the US, standard shipping delivery will arrive in 3-8 business days from the date of shipment. International delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. (Please note that weekends and holidays are not included.)
- Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order placement. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.
- Please be advised that we are unable to ship to PO Box locations, APO/FPO addresses, or any U.S. Territory or international addresses.
- Packages returned to the shaishaishai warehouse due to incorrect shipping information (e.g., name, address, etc.) will be refunded only for the product(s), excluding shipping fees.
- Packages lost or stolen in transit will require investigation and an affidavit signed by the customer if a refund is to be issued.
- Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, etc., may result in delays in order delivery.
- The recipient of the order is responsible for any customs fees, taxes imposed by the recipient's country, and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
- If a product is out of stock or unavailable, orders with the product may not be shipped out until a customer service representative contacts the customer for further instructions.
