As long as your order status is “UNFULFILLED”, the order can be canceled from our end before 08:00 a.m. (PT) of the next day.

We recommend canceling the original order and placing a new one with the desired changes. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the address or other shipping and billing details once the order has been processed and shipped from our facility.

If you prefer not to share or retain your personal information with us, please contact us at shaishaishai.us@gmail.com. We will assist you with removing your information and deactivating your account.

We offer Free Shipping on US domestic (Except: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam) orders with $40 minimum purchase.

Our warehouse begins processing orders daily at 8 a.m. (PT). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

To help resolve this issue, please email us at shaishaishai.us@gmail.com with your order ID and the following three photos:

  1. A clear photo of the exterior packaging showing the tracking number on the shipping label.
  2. A photo of all items inside the original packaging, including the packing slip.
  3. A close-up photo of the damaged or defective item.

Kindly note that we may be unable to provide compensation without these photos. Be sure to take the pictures before discarding the packaging. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If your package is missing, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate the package, contact us at cs@shaishaishai.kr with your order ID for further assistance.

  1. A photo of the exterior packaging showing the tracking number on the shipping label.
  2. A photo of all items inside the original packaging, including the packing slip.
  3. Identify the incorrect or missing item.
